	John Terry, Managing Director. As a co-founder of the concept of providing on site support for the innovative corrosion control and descaling materials, John Terry the Managing Director of HITEK-nology Solutions brings a wealth of experience to this role.

	Terry Nicholls, Technical Director

	Jim Lawton, Operations Director, As Operations Director, Jim is committed to offering the right solution for every application with minimal disruption to the customers' facility. Whether removing or preventing corrosion using innovative Cortec material or the application of Dynamic Descaler, the safe, bio-degradable scale remover, Jim works to solve customers problems.

	Mark Cresswell, Operations Manager, Mark joined HSL in October 2006 as the Operations Manager. Mark brings with him a wealth of experience from an engineering and military background. He left the Armed Forces in September 2006 as a Warrant Officer having served 23 years in the REME Mark is also responsible for producing all our work method statements and safety assessments; he has a thorough knowledge of engineering, quality & Health and Safety issues and is also registered with the British Safety Council.

	Wayne Cresswell, Applications Engineer, Wayne joined HSL in March 2009 as an Applications Engineer. Wayne comes from a warehouse and packing background and as such has a thorough understanding of why equipment requires protection from corrosion. He has also worked for the NAAFI in Germany alongside the Forces and therefore also understands how the military operates.

	Gemma Terry, Marketing Executive, Since July 2009 Gemma has been working alongside HITEK-nology Solutions providing Marketing Support. She has been helping to support exhibitions, press releases, advertising and the company website. She has also been given the task of maintaining the HITEK-nology Solutions Database.

	Richard Ford, Senior Accounts Clerk Since the formation of HITEK-nology Solutions, Richard has dealt with the Company Finances. He is responsible for both the Sales Ledger and Credit Control.
